Story:
Ram, 25, a young entrepreneur, was always interested in bringing new
changes in the field. He took over from his father when the business was
under heavy loss. Due to his planning and the support of his employees, they
were doing well consistently. However, the changes in the government
policies and depression in the world economy made him think more about
keeping up the pace. After thinking a lot, he decided to change a few things
like improving existing products and bringing out new and innovative
products to improve their presence in the market. After this, he called for a
meeting of the board of directors and discussed it in detail; took suggestions
from the others and finally implemented the ideas in the organisation. After 2
months, the company started showing good progress in the market. He was
elated by this and continued to do more in the future.
