A good candidate is the one who studied well and worked hard to score well
even in those subjects in which he/she was not very strong naturally, took
part in extra/co-curricular activities in schools and colleges, has several
friends, takes part in constructive activities with friends and has good
relationships with teachers. Never criticise your friends and teachers.
