Self Confidence Ms Varshika is seen as a confident character in the
story.
Determination The lead character is determined to contribute to
this area as a form of public service and towards
betterment of the society
Organizing Ability The fact that the lead character is ready with a
team and the layout of the plan shows the
character’s organizing ability.
Initiative The idea in itself is a trait of initiative and hence this
trait can be seen here
Courage The idea needs investment and effort, hence we
see this trait as well
Cooperation The teams comprising of women from the society
in and around and contributing to the grown of the
startup shows the degree of cooperation between
the lead character and team
Sense of The lead character has a sense of responsibility
Responsibility towards the society and shaping children right from
childhood.
Stamina To run a project successfully it takes great courage
and determination.
Group Influencing This trait can also be seen from the story.
Ability
Liveliness The lead character is very lively in spirt as it is
evident from the way she is dealing from all
fraternities of the society and children.
Social Adaptability The engagement nature of the lead character
shows this trait.
