team manages facility-based technologies for Kaiser Permanente, including technology infrastructure as well as clinical technologies.
We operate in every hospital, in every medical office building, and in every region. CDTS-NFS also leads select strategic programs for Kaiser Permanente – including the end-to-end technology delivery of the School of Medicine
CDTS-Northern California &CDTS-Innovation
team serves the Northern California Region, providing strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, spread of national capabilities, and optimization of operations.
Our mission is to provide technology enablement to support KP differentiation in the market with affordable, quality care solutions for the NCAL Region’s 4M members and patients. The CDTS-NCAL team provides end-to-end IT service management for the Northern California region
CDTS-Northwest & CDTS-Clinical Contact Center
team serves as the primary point of contact across the Business Partnership portfolios (Corporate Services, Care Delivery, and Health Plan Operations) and is accountable for understanding the NW regional strategic direction and priorities.
CDTS-NW leaders and their teams support and oversee medical center IT operations, IT projects in the region, IT strategic planning alignment with the regional business goals, as well as facilitate systems transition, business relationships, investment decision making, and other IT governance activities.
CDTS-Portfolio Operations
team empowers the delivery of systems and services that enable Total Health through best in class operations, planning, resourcing, communications and compliance.
CDTS-Southern California & CDTS-Pharmacy
team is responsible for the delivery of technologies to more than 4.4 million members, as well as 7,200 physicians and 69,000 employees who work in 54 medical centers and nearly 222 medical offices across the region.
The organization manages a technology roadmap that includes tracks such as Laboratory, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy, Complete Care Management, Patient Administration, Outpatient Inpatient, Corporate Services, Health Plan, and Infrastructure.
CDTS-Technology Governance, Planning, Strategy (GPS)
team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Care Delivery Technology Enterprise Strategy, roadmap, investment plan and associated CD PAC governance.
CDTS-Washington
team is responsible for delivering IT products and services that enable KPWA to deliver high-quality, affordable care to approximately 650,000 members and support ongoing growth in the region.
