Biography
Ash joined Kaiser in 2009 as director of pharmacy development and platform architecture, and served as the executive director for technology shared development within the ADS team. In this role, Ash led application development for pharmacy, telehealth, innovation labs, KPHC web services, Care Team Mobile and regional applications. He successfully led the application development teams in the development and rollout of the national outpatient pharmacy system (OPPR/ePIMS) across seven regions.
Before joining KP, Ash worked in finance, consulting and health care industries leading software development and agile transformations. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from University of Pune (India), and a Master in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.
Ash grew up in Northern India and transplanted here during the 1990s. Away from work he thrives by dancing – salsa, hip hop, 80s music, and Bollywood – traveling, working out, meeting people from different cultures, and watching movies.
ADS is an integrated engineering shared services provider for CDTS to deliver more capabilities with greater speed and higher value to the business.
ADS is responsible for application development, product design & delivery, usability/change management, quality management /testing, technology architecture and planning, clinical contact center systems for a variety of CDTS enterprise and local programs.
