John Rodgers
VP & Information Officer
Biography
John T. Rodgers is vice president and information officer of Care Delivery Technology Services for KP Washington. He has overall accountability for all IT products and services delivered to the region. John is also responsible for leading the IT Strategic Plan and IT Functional Integration Roadmap for KPWA.
John has worked for Kaiser Permanente since 2008, previously as executive director, Application Services Delivery for the CDTS organization. Before that, he was director of Pharmacy Analytical Services, leading a $17 million self-funded business unit that provided decision support applications and analytics to KP Compliance, Finance, the Permanente Medical Groups, National Pharmacy and included Washington's former Group Health. John also served as director for KP’s Infrastructure Program where he expanded IT’s Data Center capabilities as part of a multi-billion infrastructure improvement program.
John has Bachelor degrees in Computer and Information Science and Economics from the University of California (Irvine and Santa Cruz).
ADS is an integrated engineering shared services provider for CDTS to deliver more capabilities with greater speed and higher value to the business.
ADS is responsible for application development, product design & delivery, usability/change management, quality management / testing, technology architecture and planning, clinical contact center systems for a variety of CDTS enterprise and local programs.
