Swimming Captain and goes on to Harrow with a Swimming Scholarship.
Our swimmers competed in the London Schools Finals where we once again came out as the top boys’ school in London. In the London League our Years 3-6 squad placed third overall and, for a third year in a row, our Years 7 & 8 squad were crowned champions.
Two of our major nals of the year took
place last term. In the English Schools Primary Team Championships the boys all swam exceptionally well, with both teams qualifying through to the ‘A’ Final in Freestyle and Medley, where we nished 4th in the Medley and 5th in the Freestyle - a fantastic achievement!
The IAPS National Swimming Finals were held at the London Aquatic Centre and it was an
Well done to all our boys for the successes of the season
amazing experience for the boys to once again swim in the Olympic venue against the best swimmers from 400 prep schools across the UK. All the boys swam brilliantly, improved their entry times and did personal bests. In the nal points tally the U12’s came second nationally, losing the top spot by just one point and, as a school, we nished overall runners up. Finally, a few school records tumbled this year. Massive congratulations to Sterling and Harri for each beating a record which had stood for the last 40 years. Mason Graves- Brown also broke theYear 7 50m Butter y record not once but twice.
Well done to all the boys for a fabulous
year, and congratulations to Mason and Peter who have been named swimming captains for this year.
