90-Day Strategic Plan
Alexis, BWC, and Lorrie King will work together to enact the proposed 90-day plan

  Adjustments to this plan can be made via smartsheet. Alexis will be responsible for all consumer-facing marketing tasks, sourcing, product development, web development, branding graphics, building a consumer and product database, running test/focus groups, and establishing a 16-month post- launch plan. BWC will be responsible for social media management, and building cohorts, while assisting Alexis with launch planning. Lorrie will be responsible for establishing a brand budget in preparation for launch.
The recommended launch date for the website and product pre-orders is July 17th. Ordering and signing off on samples will likely take place far beyond the 90-day benchmark due to current sourcing difficulties as a result of Covid-19. The primary focus of the 90-day plan is to strengthen Caire Beauty’s consumer- facing visuals. At the end of this 90-day period (Aug 31st) BWC, Alexis, and the Caire Beauty Team can discuss plans for a hard launch. The recommended date for the hard launch is the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2021. There are several calendar moments that would coincide perfectly with a skincare company launch (i.e February- International Women's Day, April- World Health Day, Earth Day). Additionally, this would allow the team time to thoroughly create and execute an effective launch plan.
