Easter Lunch Social
St. John Chrysostom Church
always has the Blessing of
Easter baskets after the Easter Liturgy. Many families stay at the
parish to enjoy their lunch at church. The church also provides
food for individuals who may not know how to make the traditional
Easter basket. This year the GCU Parish Social Grant program
funds were used to purchase hams for the luncheon.

Eastern Christian Formation, End of Year Party
An end of year pizza party was held for ECF students, parents and
the parishioners of St. John Chrysostom on Sunday, May 18. Pizza
and cookies were enjoyed by all to celebrate another
end of school year.

Mother’s Day Luncheon
A Mother’s Day Luncheon was hosted by Deacon Mike
Sivulich and Family and was sponsored by the GCU Parish
Social program. It was a beautiful day to share together.

Thomas Sunday Egg Hunt
On Thomas Sunday, following the Divine Liturgy, St.
Nicholas Parish celebrated with a Sunday Brunch.
The children participated in an Egg Hunt with candy
purchased from the GCU Parish Social Event Fund.
Even the adults in attendance were able to enjoy
a piece of candy or individual size bag of GCU
jellybeans. Thank you, GCU!
