F1 FIRST-RESPONSE MEDICAL BOX.
ALWAYS CARRY ON BOARD – OPEN AND CLOSE CAREFULLY
Control catastrophic haemorrhage.
CAT tourniquet.
‘QuikClot’ ACS sponge.
6” Haemorrhage control bandage.
A – AIRWAY with C-spine control.
Suction – hand held with spare spout.
Nasopharyngeal airways - size 24 (child) & 28 (adult).
I-Gels size 4 adult (50-90Kg) size 3 (30-60Kg) - gel sachet on each.
B – BREATHING.
Non-rebreather oxygen mask x2.
Ambu-bag, connector & Facemask.
C - CIRCULATION
Cannula x2, tape, IV giving set, IV fluids – Saline 1000, Gelofusin 500.
Protection/General Kit.
Gloves Field Dressing Packs X2
Tuff-Scissors Stethoscope
Saline Eyewash Foil Blanket
Triangular Bandage Safety Pins
Light Bandages X2
Silica-Gel cassette – if PINK indicator shows - needs re-activating.
ALSO TO BE CARRIED ON BOARD.
Stretcher & Yellow Peli-Box with Straps.
Stiff neck Adjustable Cervical Collars X2.
Full Oxygen Cylinder.
