GENERAL

The team is a voluntary group of people that are interested in powerboat racing in particular the
provision of a safe and professional environment for racing to take place.
All crew are expected to be flexible and share tasks, there is a lot to be done at a powerboat
meeting, some can be planned and some is ad-hoc, this means that everyone has to be motivated
to undertake tasks, and in particular know the tasks that need to be undertaken and get on with
        them.

The team is expected to dress uniformly, look and behave professionally at all times at race venue
and official events. When official events have finished and the team is out in leisure time they will
change out of team gear and into normal clothing.

If you are ever in doubt as to what action to take, ask the team manager or any more experienced
member of the team, do not guess.
