         Temperatures for food deliveries:



          Milk:


              o Receive at 45˚F (7˚C) or lower


              o Cool the milk to 41˚F (5˚C) or lower in four hours


          Shell eggs:



              o Receive at an air temperature of 45˚F (7˚C) or lower
