Preparing a Three-Compartment Sink








         Setting up a three-compartment sink:


          Clean and sanitize each sink and drain board



          Fill the sinks:


              o First sink—detergent and water with a

                    temperature of at least 110˚F (43˚C)


              o Second sink—clean water


              o Third sink—water and sanitizer







         Provide a clock with a second hand
