         Temperature:


          Bacteria grow rapidly between 41ºF and 135ºF


              (5ºC and 57ºC)


          Bacteria grow even more rapidly from 70ºF to


              125ºF (21ºC to 52ºC)


          Bacteria growth is limited when food is held

              above or below the temperature danger zone
