         Argentine charcoal grilled steak(阿根廷炭烤牛排)

             作法:


          Four centimeters (厘米)thick steak meat at room


         temperature(溫度)for about one to two hours, pan open

      封包牛排)、將牛排放置、包好,進烤箱7-8分鐘(如果要吃五分,就增加30秒),取

      出,牛排完成。櫛瓜切段,平放在同一個平底鍋中火,灑鹽、灑黑胡椒
