29. Slide Rotary Union Mount onto Top Hat Tube.
If necessary, use sandpaper drum to slightly enlarge hole diameter until a tight fit is achieved.
30. Insert 1/4 -20 x ½ (x3) Set Screws into Rotary Union Mount and tighten Set
Screws.
