Q: How often do you exercise? And

                                                               how long do you spend on exercising?

                                                               A: Basically, it’s around 5 or, maybe 6

                                                               days a week that I spent on exercising.

                                                               And each time, it’s been 1-2 hours

                                                               mainly on weight training.

                                                               Q: Can we talk about the motivation

                                                               behinds your preference? What is your

                                                               inspiration behinds doing fitness

                                                               workout?

                                                               A: Of course, back in the past, I was an

                                                               enjoy-eating person who ate everything

                                                               in front of my face. I have eaten up a big

                                                               bowl of rice and it couldn’t fill the other

                                                               half of my stomach. At that time, I was

                                                               on the same size but doesn’t feel like

                                                               firm as this day. Now, my shape is

                                                               getting firm after I have played weight

                                                               training. Actually, woman has narrow

                                                               shoulders which could be the problem

                                                               when wearing shirt. So that, when I

                                                               played weight training, my shoulders

                                                               muscles grows larger and it makes me

                                                               feel confident in dressing as well.

                                                               Q: How does exercise impact your

                                                               physical health and mental health?

                                                               A: Sure, it makes me sleep well, and

                                                               helps in excretory system as well.

                                                               Fitness exercise helps me in practicing

                                                               breath, inhale and exhale. I have more

                                                               energy in each day like

                                                               I haven’t had before. I would say that
