Q: Please tell us about your routine in each of your day, so
maybe we could follow and have a healthy body like you.
A: In the morning, I eat at 8 o’clock which is normally after I
woke up. My breakfast would be 2 bananas blended with 1
handful cup of lettuce and water. At noon, I eat normally but
always trying to avoid oily food. Mostly, I eat 5 white eggs with
vegetables - carrots, peas, or broccolis for dinner after 1 hour I
finished weight training. And, the important thing is not eating
junk foods during the meal basically.
Q: As we know that nowadays lot of
people, both men and women are
interesting in taking care of body and
health, what do you think about that?
A: That’s good for me to see people turning
to care more about their health. As I’ve
said, exercise could make people become
more confident in wearing clothes and also
make their life healthier.
Q: For the last question, how could you
suggest other people who have no time but
want to get some exercise?
A: First, start with yourself at home. Just
spend 5-10 minutes each morning lifting up
your arms and legs. You might walk instead
of taking an elevator when going to study.
One of the easiest ways in exercising is
body weight such as squat or push up, for
example. Or, maybe you can do housework.
It would be good as well since it is easy to
do and you don’t need to go out anywhere.
‘ To start exercise is the hardest thing,
but once you came through it, you
wouldn’t know how to stop yourself from
exercising’ might be what our special
guest wants to say. Follow what Film has
suggested for those who want to start
exercising but don’t know how to do.
Start making yourself to be in the healthy
way. Don’t waste your time eating junk
food. Learn from Film to what makes her
