‘Students of today are the visionaries and torch bearers of
tomorrow’. To inculcate the leadership qualities in the
students and to give them a feel of the functioning of the

responsible human beings with leadership qualities. The GIHS
Investiture Ceremony took place on 2 May 2019 which was

the occasion where the newly elected and selected members
of the Student Council and House Appointees were officially
vested with their powers and positions.

The morning session occasion was graced by the Chief Guest,
Mrs. Renu Wynn John. The ceremony was honoured by the Quran Recitation
presence of our esteemed Principal Mr. Mohammed Ali, Vice by Master Mohsin of Grade 8
Principal Mr. Benley, Phase Leaders, Coordinators, Teachers,
and Students. The afternoon session occasion was graced by
respected Director Mr. Wynn John, Principal Mr.
Mohammed Ali, Vice Principal Mr. Benley, Head of the
Session Mr. Abdurahiman, Phase Leaders, Coordinators,
Teachers, and Students.

When the invocation descends into the heart, if there is
darkness within, it illuminates it; and if there is already
light, the invocation increases the light and intensifies it. The
Almighty was praised to receive the shower of blessings and
smooth functioning of the programme, followed by the UAE
National Anthem.
