REPORT ON CLUB MEETING

As a part of our school’s extra-curricular program and Student outreach
initiative we instituted the Club declaration and selection of club captains and
other In-charges." The objective of this event is to designate new in-charges and
brief them about their duties and responsibilities. Moreover, how club activities are
carryforward throughout the year and also to draw the attention of the student
fraternity towards enhancing their awareness regarding various club activities that
in turn enable them to showcase their skills and talents.
The event was held in Schools Main stage where all the students were
assembled on the 4 TH of April 2019. At 4.40 P.M students accompanied by the
teachers In-charge. Each club selected the club captain and other in charges. Students
were shown great involvement during the selection process.
