The most important and interesting task was to designate the President, Vice President and other
working members of the group. The details are as following,

The club members were given briefing on the activities for the academic year 2019-2020 and
given some instruction about planning. They selected a topic- “Ramadan and Charity” with
mutual discussion. Club in charge -Ms. Sadaf wrote the topics of the competitions and activities
along dates. Students noted it down and showed their interest for these activities.
