Every system of human existence and governance functions and prospers
on the smoothness and total adherence to hierarchical order and

arrangements which if it is followed accordingly, it diffuses and
displaces confusion among rank and file with order, guidelines and
instructions flowing directly from the superior to the subordinates

without any form of disagreement and misconception.

This is one of the best measure through which performance can be

enhanced without anyone's need for eye-service,
backstabbing and boot licking.
