My observation from the picture is that it shows the discrimination
of gender. Sometimes it happens that there is a difference of salary
given to women and men in an enterprise, both do the same work
but are paid differently, as women are considered to be the inferior
gender in the society.
Aradhya Kushwaha, V-H
The society that we live in, here women are not considered equal
to men. Many questions arise when we look at this picture; Do
men and women get the same respect in this society? Are they
treated as equal? Are women weaker than men? The answer to
every question is a No. Every woman has the right to have equal
share in the distribution of power and influence. If a woman
stands in an election or is selected as a captain; there are many
voices raised. Can a woman do the job a man? Are they qualified
enough? We women are tired of answering these questions. When
a girl is born the parents think of her as a burden but when a boy
is born there happiness is on cloud nine. We can’t answer all these
questions but we can surely show them who we are.

It’s just a matter of few more milestones to cross professionally
and then there is no gender inequality even women can achieve
and attain higher career graphs as men if they work proficiently.

The most unacceptable and discriminating issue in our country,
India, is gender discrimination. Many women are prevented from
opportunities and making their own choices. This issue has to be
raised, though making a change will take time.
