MYRA EVANS

Myra Evans is a self-taught visual artist living and working in Toronto, Canada and San Miguel de
Allende, Mexico. Myra discovered the joys of painting, especially using water based media. After
many years of creating impressionistic watercolour portraits, she is now experimenting with acrylics,
handmade Japanese papers, collage/texturizing techniques, inks and watercolours and currently
digital technology. Experimenting with alternative mediums has been an on-going adventure for
her. Myra has focused on developing as a painter and discovering new techniques to express her
artistic vision.
