JOSHUA SIMPSON
While originally known for his digital pop-art collages, Joshua’s exhibits also feature physical
paintings and art objects. Including acrylic on canvas, oil on canvas, and mixed media on paper,
Joshua creates physical pop, abstract paintings, and experimental works that combine spiritual, and
philosophical themes. It is signature for him to place physical art next to his digital—interweaving
the two realms. Digital artworks become real, and physical works are scanned into non-fungible
tokens (NFTs). By showcasing NFTs and distributing them, Joshua represents a new wave of
contemporary artists.
