5. Special Conferences

For other behavioral or learning concerns, a special conference or case study
conference between or among the concerned parties is encouraged. Anecdotal or
behavior modification forms, worksheets, and other pertinent school papers
should be prepared.

Action plans and agreements should be arrived at and special arrangements
should be made with the Homeroom Adviser, Level Facilitators/Subject Area
Heads/IB Coordinator/Deputy Principal or Principal in these conferences.

B. EXAMINATIONS
Term examinations are announced in the school calendar, Students & Parents’
Bulletin, Academic Weekly Planner and/or in the Student Diary/Learning Log.
An Exam Clearance issued by the Accounting Office is required before a student
can be allowed to take the exams.

C. SUSPENSION OF CLASSES

1. During Typhoons
The suspension of classes is announced by the local government officials or
the City Mayors of Parañaque City for the STAR Campus and Las Piñas City
for the Luxembourg, Tropical and Munich Campuses as they are in a better
position to assess the local situation. Parents should be attuned to their
official announcements.
