Determine team members required for remainder of project Review performance of all vendors to date (architect engineer A/V and other specialty consultants etc ) and determine if an an additional RFP process is is needed as outlined further in in this section Decide if incumbent vendors are to be be included in in a second RFP process  Identify remaining consultants and service providers required for project (i e e e e e e pre- construction General Contractor (“GC”) signage etc )  Provide list of qualified firms per discipline create and issue RFP’s manage the RFP RFP process through interviews assist Client with negotiations on on on all contracts Incorporate contracts in overall project budget and monitor contracts during the life of project track any change orders and advise Client on any impact to the project budget  For the General Construction Agreement(s) DH will work with Client to establish the most cost effective approach in in structuring and negotiating the the agreement(s) at at the the appropriate time Proposal For Project Management Services
