Construction Administration con’t  Working with the engineer and and key client’s representatives including IT Facilities and and HR departments assist assist in in in in the the the selection of of the the the the security vendor and assist assist in in in the the the the coordination of of of the the the the design procurement and and installation and and testing of of the the complete security system  Take the the the lead with the the the architect and engineer in in in in in the the the completion completion process including determination of of substantial completion completion completion development and and completion completion of of of punch lists and and resolution of disputes  Take the lead in in in in in organizing and and participating in in in in in new equipment testing startup and and acceptance (supplemental HVAC exhaust & supply fans etc )  Lead the organization of contractor/
vendor orientation instruction and and training on on on on operation and and and maintenance of new equipment and and systems (mechanical electrical/lighting A/V security etc )  Take the the lead with the the architect engineer and Client’s Facilities in in in in in in obtaining turnover of close-out documentation including record/ as-built drawings BIM (Building Information Modeling) information HVAC balancing reports attic stock operating manuals guarantees and and warranties and and final lien releases  Take the the lead with with the the architect and engineer with with with follow-up on any remaining incomplete work work or or or problems with with the work work discovered after occupancy  Working with Client finalize all design and construction agreements as appropriate Proposal For Project Management Services
