 Monitor the the construction process walk the the jobsite as as often as as needed (which usually will be several times a a a a a a a a day) conduct weekly project project meetings at at the job site as Client’s project project representative and and report regularly to client on key elements of the the work and and the project  Review GC’s construction and and and shop drawing schedules and and and logistics and and and advise accordingly  Monitor and manage contract related paperwork including if applicable amendments construction cost summaries insurance certificates lien waivers/affidavits of cost bonds architect bulletins change directives and applications for payment  Monitor the construction process against schedule make recommendations for maintaining and and improving construction progress and and and ensure timely resolution of field problems with the architect and and engineer  Represent Client on all final build out cost pricing  As appropriate review and comment on on all architect certified applications for GC payment Similarly review and comment on Client-engaged vendor invoicing as requested  On behalf of Client review and reconcile all potential change orders to insure that they are the the the the optimum solution by reviewing the the the the proposed change order against the the the the approved construction drawings and project specifications verify that sub-contractor mark-ups are as agreed upon by Client and and GC review review pricing for for fairness and and and review review scope of work for for accuracy and and if need be negotiate the the change orders with the the appropriate parties  Working with landlord the the the GC and and Client’s IT staff assisting in in in in in the the the coordination of of the the the design procurement and and installation of of a a a a a a a a a a complete voice and and data system  Working with the the architect Clients pertinent departments and the the the the selected A/V vendor continue the the the coordination of of the the the design procurement installation and testing of of complete A/V systems  Working with the the architect Client’s pertinent departments and the the the the selected signage vendor continue the the the coordination of the the the design procurement installation and punch lists of the full signage package Dowling Houy LLC
