8 Dowling HouyLLC project Site Selection project SCOPE SCOPE Criteria Development
 Establish the Client team which will be involved in in Site Selection Committee assign Roles and and Responsibilities among Client and and Dowling Houy (“DH”)  Reach agreement on initial meeting schedules key overall and near-term priorities sequencing and target dates for completion
 Obtain onsite Client workspace/seat client location for the DH team  Develop specific methods of secure communication to be used by Project team through the the life of the the project  Create initial overall project schedule incorporating all known activities and critical completion/ milestone dates as as well as as estimated completion
dates  Participate in the brokerage firm selection process as required by Client Complete formation of Site Selection Committee  Establish procedures and forms of documentation / data tracking to be used during Stay / Go Analysis
 Create initial project budget (rough order of magnitude (“ROM”)) incorporating all known costs costs and estimated costs costs  Determine architectural / engineering services required issue and manage architectural & engineering RFP and interviewing process Participate in in in the selection of the architect and engineer Add the the winning team team to the the project team team  Using RFP processes select other key consultants (kitchen IT A/V etc ) and incorporate them into the the Site Selection and/or Early Planning project team  Chair and lead weekly/bi-weekly project planning meetings with the Client team and any other Client key representatives and relevant key consultants to examine its strategic needs and alternative design response  Working with selected architect consultants and the internal Client team meet with all departments relocating and gather data for space programming Work with the architect and and Client on layouts and and gather initial sign off from each Client department Continue to to monitor programming requirements through life of of project Advise team(s) of of any changes which will impact design and/ or or schedule Work with departments and team(s) to minimize any potential costs Proposal For Project Management Services
