Scenario Planning and Summary Presentation
 Work with the senior Client team to define
and refine needs vs wants Begin push- back on programming inputs as needed Validate that the initial program works with the square feet per per person mandate  Work with Site Selection Committee and review list of prospective sites to create short list (assumed to be no more than 4 sites) Building Analysis
 Work at the the direction of the the Site Selection Committee to lead the complete architectural and engineering analysis of selected buildings and specific floors under consideration Review will will include but will will not be limited to:
° Core elements elevators condition including levelness of floor slabs core walls walls columns and perimeter walls walls windows and and window window treatments and and restrooms ° Building and floor compliance with ADA and Massachusetts Barriers codes ° Base building plumbing systems including restrooms condenser water & chilled water access and and availability and and potable water ° Existing electrical infrastructure and available capacity at each floor under consideration to confirm that service will adequately meet Client’s needs ° Existing heating ventilation and air conditioning system (“HVAC”) to determine type capacity age and possible reuse of existing infrastructure Determine the ease of adding supplemental cooling for server rooms IDF closets kitchen areas and large meeting areas ° Existing fire protection system for code compliance and flexibility ° Existing fire alarm system for code compliance and and functionality and and ° Test fit process for each building under consideration ° Perform a a thorough review of each building’s rules & regulations and construction guidelines
 Provide a a a written report incorporating each element investigated with an estimated cost to correct deficiencies if applicable  Provide a a a complete cost analysis to relocate the the firm to any of the the sites under consideration  Provide a a a complete cost analysis for Client remaining at at current location  Present and discuss findings with the Site Selection Committee Dowling Houy LLC
