2022 Holiday Schedule

U.S.-Based Employees

The office will be closed on the following company-designated holidays in 2022:

Martin Luther King Day Monday, January 17

Presidents’ Day Monday, February 21
Memorial Day Monday, May 30

Juneteenth Monday, June 20 (observed)

Independence Day Monday, July 4

Labor Day Monday, September 5

Thanksgiving Thursday, November 24 - Friday, November 25

Christmas Day Sunday, December 25

Year-End Break Monday, December 26, 2022 – Monday, January 2, 2023
(return to office on Tuesday, January 3, 2023)

In addition, the office will close at 1:00pm on the last business day immediately preceding the Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving holidays.

All full-time, regular employees will receive one (1) floating holiday at the beginning of each calendar
year. This floating holiday is given to allow employees flexibility to observe a religious or cultural
holiday, state or federal holiday, or other holiday during which our office otherwise remains open for
business. This holiday can only be used in one 8-hour increment, subject to management approval and
based on business need. (NOTE: California personnel must use the floating holiday in the month of
November.)

Dates that are overtime eligible for Special Project Employees and Interns are: New Year’s Day
(Saturday, January 1), Martin Luther King Day (Monday, January 17), Presidents’ Day (Monday,
February 21), Memorial Day (Monday, May 30), Juneteenth (Sunday, June 19), Independence Day
(Monday, July 4), Labor Day (Monday, September 5), Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 24), and
Christmas Day (Sunday, December 25).
