Again, start by accessing your spending account
dashboard. You can reach the dashboard by
loggining into highmarkbcbs.com, clicking the
Claims & Spending tab, then the blue Access
button. From the dashboard, click the menu icon in
the upper left, then Claim Activity.

From the Claim Activity page, click HSA Bill Pay.

Enter the required information including your bank
account and routing information, choose the
frequency of your desired reimbursement and submit.
