Program (EAP)

We welcome LifeWorks as our new, modern EAP partner. In addition to traditional services such as counseling,
LifeWorks provides additional services such as acclimating to a new country if you move. See below for a sample
of the services available to you and your family.

The LifeWorks app can be used anytime and contains resources and self-help services. It also provides a direct link to
their services. Beginning January 1, download the free mobile app Lifeworks.

Their call center is available 24 hours a day, every day, and is available globally.

Infoblox pays per covered employee and does not receive any information
that could be used to identify callers.
Examples of services:

• Telephonic or face-to-face counseling
• Substance abuse assistance
• Financial planning (30 minutes)
• Financial issues counseling
• Will and estate planning (30 minutes)
• Legal assistance (30 minutes)
• Aging parents
• Pet care
It’s important to note that all EAP conversations are voluntary and strictly confidential. If you and your counselor
determine that additional assistance is needed, you’ll be referred to the most appropriate and affordable resource
available. Although you’re responsible for the cost of referrals, these costs are often covered under your medical plan.
