Disability
Short-Term Disability (STD)
Short-Term Disability through Prudential provides you with a portion of income replacement if you are unable
to work due to a non-occupational illness or injury. You are automatically enrolled in STD if you are a bonus
level 4 employee or above at no cost to you. Your STD coverage is listed in the table below:

STD benefits may be offset by benefits you receive from the state-mandated disability plans in California, New

Long-Term Disability (LTD) – New for 2022
You are automatically enrolled in LTD at no cost to you. The coverage has been harmonized and the same for
all employees!
