  Dinuba police and fire calls for last week:
Monday, April 18
• Possible fraud was re- ported at 10:46 a.m. in the 1100 block of Villa Avenue.
• A Dinuba man was ar- rested at 6:59 p.m. and cited for shoplifting at the Walmart in the 700 block of West El Monte Way.
• Assault was reported at 7:07 p.m. in the 42700 block of Road 80.
• Trespassing involving six juveniles was report- ed at 7:32 p.m. at Wilson School in the 300 block of East Kamm Avenue.
The Reedley Police Department handled 528 public-initiated and officer-initiated calls for service, with 101 dispatched as Priority 1 calls. Officers com- pleted 93 police reports, made 19 arrests and is- sued 13 traffic citations. There were five traffic collisions and two DUI cases, two fire calls and 20 medical aid calls.

   Man arrested after long standoff in Orange Cove

A Reedley man was arrested following an hours long standoff over the weekend at an Orange Cove apartment complex that initially began as a road rage in- cident several miles away.
Joshua Heinrichs, 35, was booked into the Fresno County Jail on felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon, shooting
at a vehicle along with an outstand- ing warrant for being a parolee at large.

were made to 911
regarding shots fired from a ve-
hicle on Reed Avenue near Adams Avenue.
The victim of the shooting was not injured. Deputies re- sponded and found Heinrichs in a Honda driving at approximately 100 miles per hour in the area of North and McCall Avenues near Sanger.
