• Officers responding to a domestic violence incident in the 42000 block of Road 80 arrested a Dinuba man at 2:41 a.m. on five felony charges including burglary and stalking along with vio- lation of a court order.
• A cold commercial bur- glary was reported at 8:14 a.m. in the 100 block of South K Street.
• Reckless driving involving
a quad in a construction area was reported at 11:47 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Alta Avenue.
• An injury traffic accident was reported at 2:57 p.m. in the 42100 block of Englehart Avenue.
• A non-injury traffic acci- dent with roadway blockage was reported at 3:55 p.m. at Monte Vista Avenue and Surabian Drive.
• A vehicle stop at 8:33 p.m. in the 1400 block of West El Monte Way resulted in the arrest of the driver for sus- pected DUI.
• A non-injury traffic col- lision was reported 10:58 p.m. in the 100 block of East North Way.

• Vandalism involving slashed tires was reported at 5:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Sierra Avenue.
• A Lemoore woman was ar- rested for suspected shop- lifting at the Walmart in the 700 block of West El Monte Way.

Deputies set out a spike strip at Highway 180 and Academy Avenue, which Heinrichs ran over. He continued to drive, reaching speeds of 117 mph, as sparks began flying from his wheels.
Heinrichs then made his way to an apartment complex located on the 500 block of Adams Av- enue in Orange Cove. He aban- doned his car and ran into an up- stairs apartment unit belonging to people he knew.
After nearly five hours and with help from the Sheriff’s Of- fice SWAT team, Heinrichs was taken into custody.
