On August 28th, a group of Dinuba FFA Chapter members went to the Sunrise Rotary club breakfast meeting to speak with community members about the exhibitors, what they learned, and shared a personal experience. Animal owners shared what they learned about proper handling, nutrition, responsibility, how to show, and marketing.
The Sunrise Rotary invites Dinuba FFA every year to share about the livestock projects, exhibitors, and information about the annual Pre-Fair event. Steven Jimenez
spoke about his steer, Jesus Aguilera spoke about the 17 lamb showmen, Adriana Ledesma spoke about the six pig students, and Angelica Mondragon spoke about the two goat exhibitors.
Each of them shared facts about their livestock animals, such as their progress, the proper way to handle their animal, and showed pictures from this year. Rotary members were invited by the student presenters to attend the various Tulare County Fair livestock shows. Dinuba FFA is grateful for the contributions made to the showmen each year by the Dinuba Sunrise Rotary Club.
