The Reedley Police Department handled 531 public-initiated and offi- cer-initiated calls for ser- vice, with 81 dispatched as Priority 1 calls. Offi- cers completed 66 police reports, made 18 arrests and issued 15 traffic ci- tations. There were no traffic collisions and three DUI cases, three fire calls and 19 medical aid calls.

Georgia Jean Burton
October 16, 1947 — October 14, 2020
Georgia Jean Burton was born on Octo- ber 16, 1947 to Jerry & Geanie Sullivan
in Sparta, Wisconsin.
Georgia and Carl Burton got mar-
ried on June 4, 1969 and moved to Sanger, CA in 1974 where they both worked for the Sanger Post Of- fice for 30 years and retired in 2004. Georgia passed away on October
14, 2020 at the age of 72.
She is survived by her husband
Carl, her son Karl, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandkids.
She was the kindest, sweetest and most loveable woman you had ever meet in your life and was loved by all of her friends
and family.
She was the first ever female president at the Sanger Ea-
gles and would go on to serve as President two more times. She was the first person to help any of her friends or family
if they needed anything.
She will truly be missed by her whole family and by all her friends that she came in contact with.
