NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2021-8 and Environmental Assessment No. 2022-7
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code; and, pursuant to the procedures of Title 10 of the Reedley Municipal Code, the Reedley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
1. Environmental Assessment No. 2022-7: pertains to the determination that Conditional Use Permit No. 2021-8 is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15332 (Class 32/Infill Development Projects) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2021-8: pertains to the request to apply for a Type 47 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License which would allow for the sale and consumption of beer, wine, and distilled spirits on the premises of a existing approximately 1,500 square- foot taqueria located at 801 North Reed Avenue. The existing establishment, named Camaron Pelado Taqueria, maintains an ABC Type 41 license (On-sale of beer and wine for Eating Place) and is requesting to change their existing ABC Type 41 License to an ABC Type 47 License (On-Sale Beer, Wine & Spirits for Eating Place). No exterior changes to the existing building or site plan are proposed.
