Members from the Dinuba High School Agriculture Program are receiving proficiency awards and State Degrees based on activities both inside and outside of the classroom. Proficiency awards honor members who have developed specialized skills that they can apply toward their future careers through an SAE, or Supervised Agricultural Experiences. An SAE are planned, practical activities conducted outside of regularly scheduled class time that help students develop and apply agricultural knowledge and skills learned inside the classroom. Students who are interested in applying for an Agriculture Proficiency Award must complete an application in one of the specific proficiency award areas then have applications evaluated against other in their award areas.
