to be 10 percent before and 10 percent after the festival activities.
There's still a chance for a nighttime low that will trig- ger the opening of the city's warming center. It's avail- able from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. whenever the temperature drops to 32 degrees or below. It's at the community center, 730 Recreation Ave.

This week's featured pet is Ranger, a pitbull mix, about 1 year old, who is always smil- ing and loves to be hugged.
Ranger and his buddy Rambo, also a pitbull mix, about 1 year old, were found wandering the very cold Sanger streets around a week ago.
Call Sanger Animal Con- trol Officer Mario Irazoqui at (559) 618-9071 to make an appointment to meet Ranger or Rambo or maybe Ruger, a young catahoula leopard dog, or Nantucket, a 2 year old white husky, or Doc who is an older, very gentle and loving pitbull mix, or Jojo, a happy and energetic young pitbull boy.
Adoption only requires spaying/neutering and bring- ing the rabies shot up to date. The only charge is to the veterinarian, Gregory Saiki. DVM.
