COMMISSION VACANCIES Airport Commission
Applications are being accepted to ll one (1) position on the Airport Commission. The position is due to a term expiration of current Com- missioner, Anthony Jewell. The term for this appointment is three (3) years and there is no residency requirement. Commission is an advisory board to the City Council on all matters relating to the Reed- ley Municipal Airport. Meetings are held on the third Thursday, every other month at 4:00 p.m. at the Reedley Community Center starting in January.
Planning Commission
Applications are being accepted to ll one (1) vacancy due to the resignation of Commissioner Brian Bissett. This position will continue with the original terms, and will expire on November 2021. All Com- missioners must be a Reedley resident. Commission meets on the rst and third Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
Traf c Safety Commission
Applications are being accepted to ll one (1) position on the Traf c Safety Commission. The position is due to the term expiration of current Commissioner, Ruben Macedo. The term for this position is three (3) years with a term expiration of February 2021. Traf c Safety Commission Chair and Vice Chair shall be resident/citizen members of the commission appointed at large. Commission is an advisory board to the City Council on matters relating to traf c safety, including vehicular parking restrictions in the public right-of-way and the imple- mentation of the School Traf c Safety Program. Commission shall hold meetings as called by the chair or at the request of a quorum of the membership in Reedley Council Chambers.
Streetscape Committee
Applications are being accepted to ll one (1) position on the streetscape Committee. The position is due to the resignation of Committee Member Dale Melville. This position will continue with the original terms, and will expire on August 2020. Said committee shall be made up of three (3) members appointed by the City Council from the current list of owners of downtown businesses within said area. The committee shall oversee the maintenance of the improvements and advise the City Council as to the desires of the businesses within the downtown area regarding level of maintenance. Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every third month at 7:30 a.m. in the Reedley Council Chambers.

Ordinance.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REEDLEY APPROVING CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION NO. 2018-3 AND AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFI- CIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REEDLEY
This ordinance proposes to reclassify a 3-acre property (APN 370- 350-18), located at 1656 South Buttonwillow Avenue, on the east side of South Buttonwillow Avenue between East Olson Avenue and East Huntsman Avenue, from the MP (Planned Industrial) zone district to the ML (Light Industrial) zone district designation. The proposed Change of Zone Application is consistent with the 2030 General Plan Light Industrial Planned Land Use Designation and is compatible with
the surrounding zone districts.
Ordinance No. 2018-007 was adopted by the City Council at its regu- lar meeting of October 9, 2018, by the following vote:
