An ideal teacher needed in the school, is the one that is good with
remembering names even when there is overcrowding so that it is
not easy for learners not to misbehave because you know them
and its going to be easy for the teacher to notice when they are not
in class. The teacher should encourage group work or learners to
work in pairs because it is not easy to reach out to learners
individually.
In an overcrowded it is easy for learners to pretend as if they,
have a session whereby ten learners per session come to you and
discuss how far they understand the content. Overcrowding can
lead to disruptive behaviour, to adapt to overcrowding, teach
learners in a way that they can be actively involved make the
topic relative to the learners. Give learners a chance to talk.
