CONCLUSION

In this regard an ideal teacher is of many professions and starts
off by working on a professional relationship with themselves and

their colleagues and lastly with their students. An ideal teacher in
terms of being professional is based on how they carry themselves

in the workplace and also towards the other school’s
stakeholders. Teachers are lifelong learners who show passion

and drive into producing learners that are showed the pedagogy
of care throughout the whole learning experience and a shared

passion for the subject matter. They need to also be equipped
with skills and knowledge as to how they can be inclusive and

address all the learners diverse needs with a positivity based
approach irrespective of their social and cultural backgrounds
and the school environment they are based in, they have to feel

safe and also always acknowledge that there are certain ways that

one should conduct themselves in the school premises which
promote a good learning environment.
