Jessica opened their front door and called Chloe and Isla: ‘Are you here? Grandma’s poorly.’
They went to the lounge and laid Tilly on the sofa. The younger sisters appeared in the doorway with Bella and Harry Squirrel, and Archie Hedgehog and stared at Velvet, but right now there was no time to think about past issues. Velvet calmly took charge and looked after their Grandma. She made a cup of tea for Tilly and took out a pack of honey bars from her bag.
‘Your dad told me that you liked these; I brought them with me today,’ she said handing the bars to the rabbits. Jessica and Isla smiled at her and said, ‘Thank you.’ Chloe embraced her and showed off her birthday bracelet whilst Tilly looked on and smiled.
