E COMPANY RECOGNISE HARD WORK OF CADETS AND ADULT VOLUNTEERS AT THEIR PRESENTATION EVENING
On Saturday 4 December, E Company held their first presentation evening under the command of Maj Clare Kirk at Budd VC Barracks in Scunthorpe.
Over the last year, the adult volunteers and cadets have mentally been taking notes and putting forward nominations for the awards. Cadets, their parents and volunteers of E Company gathered together with Colonel Steve Emerson the County Commandant, the Honorary Colonel, Colonel Simon Banks-Coop- er and the Mayor of North Lincolnshire, Councillor Peter Clark to recognise the hard work of all.
The evening was hosted by Capt Vicki Brooks, and the awards were presented by Maj Kirk, Col Emerson and Col Banks-Cooper, with entertainment provided as guests arrived and during the evening by Corps
of Drums of C Company. They even learnt Christmas carols for the occasion.
The Awards were:

Vickerage (who had since aged out) - Waltham Detachment and was collected on the evening by SSI Darren Harvey
• Covid Hero. (Cadet) Cpl Breadon Thompson - Grimsby Detachment
• Covid Hero. (Adult Volunteer) SSI Westerman. Collected on the evening by Cpl Oliver Thompson
• Officer Commanding Award. Cpl Ellie Graves - Ashby Detachment, Cpl Jess Douglas - Kirton Detachment and SSgt Caitlin Harrington - Waltham Detachment
• Most Improved Cadet. Cpl Elouise Chapman - Grimsby Detachment. Collected on the evening by Cpl Robinson
