the Battalion taking part in both unit lead activities and also qualifying to lead groups through instructor-based courses. This year has saw the participation in company level type 2 training, conducted from the Norwegian lodge in Aviemore along with a fantastic mountain biking Expedition in Spain. The highlight of the year was the Battalion concentration package conducted from Kinlochleven in Scotland, that enabled the participation of Circa 180 personnel in type 2 activities that ranged from Kayaking, Canoeing, Mountain Biking, Mountaineering and Canyoning. The huge success and the positivity generated from this package has resulted in it being replicated in May this year. These activities have undoubtably been integral to the development of our corps values and expanding leadership, team work and essential qualities expected
from our Rfn.
