Youth Organisations Service
This event and service was instigated by the High Sheriff, Mrs Jacky Bowes, and involved several youth organisations from Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, including the Sea and Air Cadets, together with the Police and St John Ambulance Cadets.
The East Riding Of Yorkshire County Legal Service
The service held to celebrate the year in office of the outgoing High Sheriff, Mrs Jacky Bowes, was held at Beverley Minster in early March. The Lord-Lieutenant of the East Riding, Mr Jim Dick OBE, was attended by his Sea and Army Cadets, and for Leading Cadet Ben Atkinson it was his final duty as a Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadet as he aged out shortly after the service.
