NATIONALS
Five cadets from TS York, Cadet First Class (CFC) Alfie Robinson, CFC Jake and Cadet Lewis Linfoot, CFC Oliver and Cadet Cameron Ellis, two sets of brothers – entered the North and East Yorkshire district’s football competition in December 22 and won every game. Next came the area competition in January 23 and once again the lads won every game. Last but not least came the national competition in February 23 and this time they were joined by Ordinary Cadet Craig Skilton from Scarborough unit who stepped in as a sub. For the third time they won every game and lifted the national trophy. Captain Sea Cadets, Captain Neil Downing RN, is pictured with the cadets.
